How to Use Step Up For Students for Piano Lessons

Step Up For Students is a Florida scholarship program that gives families funding for education, including elective courses like music lessons. Emma Dessa Music accepts FES-UA, FES-ED/FTC, and PEP scholarships.

FES-UA is for students with a qualifying disability. FES-ED/FTC is for students enrolled in or transitioning to private school. PEP is for homeschooled students or those withdrawing from public school.

New students can apply through November 15, 2026. Since scholarships are first-come, first-served, it's best to apply as early as possible.
